History:
Chloe represented everything that was beautiful in the world.  Her kind soul and intelligence inspired the best in others.  As a six years old, on her first day attending school the first grader spotted a young boy crying next to a puddle, and she offered to help him.  Unknown to her at the time, she had just met her future love, Kevin Wolf.  Throughout the years, their friendship grew.  Always empathizing with what the other was thinking, they felt a powerful bond they could not explain.  As a teenager, Chloe acknowledged that Kevin had a tremendous crush on another girl, Julie Simms, but she always maintained their friendship.  Alas, Julie’s heart belonged to Chad Carlson; an egotistical teen who believed the world revolved around him.  When Julie and Chad’s relationship ended, Chloe selflessly took the opportunity to help Kevin win Julie’s heart.  With Chloe’s help, Kevin summed up the courage to ask Julie to the summer dance.  But as the evening progressed and relationships deteriorated, Kevin and Chloe ended up consoling each other.  Fate brought them together that night.  Chloe loved Kevin, and they planned a future together.  Unfortunately, her life would soon come to an end.  An altercation between Chloe’s sister, Lori, and Lori’s ex-boyfriend, Graham Cassidy eventually lead to a tragic conclusion as Chloe, alone while performing research for her new summer job, was attacked and stabbed.  Chloe’s life ended at the hospital holding Kevin's hand, surrounded by loving family and friends.  Chloe‘s will to fight injustice was exemplified by her determination to attend law school and become an attorney.  It is the memory of her soul that fuels that fire consuming Shadow Chaser in his quest to vanquish evil.
