Shadow Chaser
History:
The Ghost of Justice has been
appearing from the shadows since his first
manifestation in 1976.
Although, Arthur Brown may have
been the first one to wear the fedora and cape,
an 18th century
ancestor of Makoto Tanaka inspired the origin of
the Shadow Chaser.
Yoshi Tanaka, a powerful samurai, lived
with his family in a small village on Okinawa
Island.
But an evil sect called the Dragon of Darkness
appeared.
Their intention was to take over the
island and awake an ancient evil.
The powerful warrior, using the Shadow
Art, banished the darkness from the village.
This moment in history motivated Brown to
name his alter ego the Shadow Chaser, for he
would chase evil through the shadows of the
physical and psychological worlds.
Brown spent 10 years fighting as the Shadow
Chaser, but his career ended in 1987.
Twenty years later, Kevin Wolf has taken
over the mantle of the Shadow Chaser.
The young teen continues to defend the
innocent in the name of justice as Brown had
done in the past.
